Hi, I’m Lori Lawrence, Founder of Next Chapter Career Coaching — and someone who’s walked the same road many of my clients are on.

After more than 30 years in corporate and education, I’ve lived through layoffs, career pivots, and the challenge of staying relevant in a changing market. I know how it feels to start over when you thought your path was set.

This work is deeply personal for me. In 2023, my younger brother lost his job after nearly 20 years and felt “too young to retire and too old to start over.” His loss changed my life and became my mission — to make sure no professional ever feels that way again.

Today, I help mid-to-later career professionals rebuild confidence, stand out in the job market, and land roles they love — faster than they thought possible.
